This three-blade teak ceiling fan with light comes in five size options:

The EGLO Surf's LED light includes several features usually only available on more expensive ceiling fans. These include:
- High Brightness. The 20W LED light is brighter than an old-fashioned 120W incandescent globe.
- Dimmable. Dim the light to as low as 10% using the remote control. No separate dimmer switch or expensive wiring is required.
- On/Off Control. Turn the light on or off from the remote.
- Colour Temperature. Select your preferred colour temperature.
Use the remote control to choose between warm white, neutral white, or cool white.

Advanced DC Motor. The fan connects to regular mains AC (alternating current) power and converts this to DC (direct current). Compared to other ceiling fans, the DC motor enables:
- Near silent operation at low speeds,
- More precise control and more speed options,
- Much lower running costs.
Easy to Install. This Australian-designed fan is built with the installer in mind. It features quick blade assembly, screwless electrical terminals, and plenty of space in the canopy for easy wiring.
Long Warranty. If a fault occurs within the first three years, EGLO will send a technician to fix it at no cost. The product warranty extends for a further three years (providing a six-year product warranty).
Timer Control. The timer buttons are a great way to operate the fan without forgetting to turn it off or help you get to sleep. The remote includes a two and eight-hour timer.
Night Mode. The EGLO Surf has an ultra-low speed activated by pressing and holding speed "1" for three seconds. This mode uses as little as three watts of power (around four watts on the 72-inch model) and is ideal for quietly circulating air at night.
Reverse Mode for Winter. This ceiling fan includes a reverse or 'winter' mode. In this mode, the fan gently moves warm air from your ceiling back down to floor level.
Natural Wind Mode. This mode varies the fan speed to create a more natural breeze cooling effect.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the ceiling fan be mounted on a raked ceiling?
Yes. The included mounting bracket allows the fan to hang level with your floor, even if your ceiling is not flat (up to a ceiling pitch of 15°). If your roof has a steeper pitch, mount it to something flat like a cross-beam or add an Angled Ceiling Canopy (up to 40°). Consider adding an extension rod when installing the fan on a sloped roof.
Is an extension pole available for high ceilings?

Is a wall control or spare remote available?
Yes - add the DC fan wall control if you prefer controlling your fan from the wall. It's hardwired at the wall and communicates with the fan wirelessly, controlling the fan speed, light, timers and more. We also sell a spare remote control.
Is this a 'smart' ceiling fan?
Yes - add this smart module to control it via your phone or other devices. The smart module plugs into a USB port on the controller (behind the canopy).
How does performance vary between sizes?
Larger fans spin more slowly but move more air. As a general guide, here's how each size performs from night mode to top speed:
