Everything You Need to Know About Delivery
We offer FREE delivery to anywhere in Australia & New Zealand for orders over $200 in value.
For orders under $200, delivery is a flat rate of $9.95.
We process orders in 1 day and typical delivery time is a further 2 to 4 business days. We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Sydney.

Tracking Included - with Signature on Delivery
All orders include tracking, and Australia Post is our preferred carrier. We'll email you the tracking details on the day we ship your order. If you are away when the delivery arrives, a card will be left for you to collect it from your nearest Post Office.
Insured Delivery - 100% Risk-Free Ordering
All Australian and NZ orders include transit insurance. This covers loss or damage of the goods by the delivery company. All you need to do is enter a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.
Express Delivery - Option at Checkout
Orders that weigh less than 5kg and are less than 1m in length have an Express Post option at checkout. This costs a little extra for the quickest possible delivery with AusPost eParcel Express Post.
Authority to Leave - "Leave at door if not home"
Deliveries are made during business hours. If you are unlikely to be home, add a brief delivery instruction at checkout. See the field "Delivery Note" when entering your delivery address.
Delivery Cost: We charge $35 (Asia, Pacific & North America) or $50 (Rest of World) for Express Airmail delivery on most orders. Large or bulky orders may incur extra delivery fees - we'll contact you before sending if this is the case.
Freight Forwarding: Alternatively, we can deliver to your freight forwarder in Australia. Enter your freight forwarder's address at checkout, and you'll get access to free local delivery.
Duties & Taxes: If you do not live in Australia, you may be responsible for local taxes on import.
New Zealand Customers: You are not liable for any extra import costs for orders worth less than NZ$1,000. Above this value, NZ customs may inspect the order and levy GST on it. All you need to do is select if your order is for an NZ business or consumer (household), and we'll take care of the rest.
Customers from New Zealand need to select if they are a business or consumer at checkout.
Tip For Overseas Customers: Enter the tracking number we send you with your local postal service (e.g. NZ Post, Royal Mail in the UK). These websites generally offer the most up-to-date information.

Is an item in stock?
All items are generally in stock unless indicated as out of stock on the product page.
Can I pick up my order?
No, our warehouse does not facilitate direct pick up of orders.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be securely packed in a plain cardboard box (see example below). No tax invoice is included with our deliveries, we email that to you when you place an order. So if you get an order delivered directly to one of your customers, friends or family members, they will not see how much you paid.
