Everything You Need to Know About Delivery

Delivery Cost

We offer FREE Delivery to anywhere in Australia & New Zealand if your order is over $200 in value.

For orders under $200, delivery is capped at a flat rate of $9.95.

Outside of Australia & NZ delivery is a flat rate of $35 per order.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed in 1 day and typical delivery time is a further 2 to 4 business days. Orders are sent from our warehouse in Sydney.

Australia Post Delivery Times From Sydney

Tracking Included - with Signature on Delivery

All orders include tracking, and most are sent with Australia Post. We will email you the tracking details on the day we send your order. If you are away when the delivery arrives a card will be left for you to collect it from your nearest Post Office.

For bulky goods, such as LED Tubes & LED Panels, we use couriers Star Track and Couriers Please.

Insured Delivery - 100% Risk-Free Ordering

All orders include transit insurance at our cost. This covers loss or damage of the goods by the delivery company. All you need to do is enter a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. 

Express Delivery - Option at Checkout

Express PostOrders that weigh less than 5kg and are less than 1m in length have an Express Post option at checkout. This costs a little extra for the quickest possible delivery with AusPost eParcel Express Post.

Authority to Leave - "Leave at door if not home"

Deliveries are typically made during business hours. If you are unlikely to be home, simply add a brief delivery instruction at checkout. See the field "Delivery Instructions (Optional)" when entering your delivery address.

Customs Charges - Overseas Orders Only

If you do not live in Australia you may be responsible for local taxes on import. We do several things to minimise your local fees, such as lowering the declared value of goods.

Tip For Overseas Customers: Enter the tracking number we send you with your local postal service (e.g. NZ Post, Royal Mail in the UK). These websites generally offer the most up-to-date information.

Is an item in stock?

All items are generally in stock unless indicated as out of stock on the product page.

Can I pick up my order?

No, our warehouse does not facilitate direct pick up of orders.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be securely packed in a plain cardboard box (see example below). We include a packing slip with each delivery. No tax invoice is included with our deliveries, we email that to you when you place an order. So if you get an order delivered directly to one of your customers, friends or family members they will not see how much you paid.
