Delivery Time

We process orders in 1 day, and the typical delivery time is an additional 1 to 4 business days. We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Sydney.

Here are some typical transit times:

Standard Delivery Times

Standard Australia Post transit times from our warehouse in Sydney. We also offer an 'Express Post' option for most orders (within 2 business days to most locations in Australia).

Express Post Option

All orders that don't contain bulky items have an Express Post option at checkout. Australia Post Express Post costs a little extra for the quickest possible delivery.

Signature on Delivery Option

By default, we send all Australian deliveries with 'Authority to Leave'. If you would prefer someone to be present to sign for your delivery, please choose a 'Signature' option at checkout.

Add a Delivery Note

You can add a brief (maximum ten words) delivery instruction at checkout if you want to. Such as 'leave at front door if not home'. See the 'Extra Delivery Info' field when entering your delivery address. Deliveries are usually made during business hours.

Carrier & Tracking Details

All orders include tracking, and Australia Post is our preferred carrier. We'll email you the tracking details on the day we ship your order. For some bulky goods - such as LED panel lights - we use Direct Freight Express.

PO Box or Parcel Locker Delivery

We can deliver all products less than one metre long to your Parcel Locker or PO Box address. If your order contains any items over 1m (such as LED fluro tubes), please enter a physical street address as your delivery address.

Overseas Customers

If your country is not listed in our checkout form, please deliver to a freight forwarder in Australia or contact us for a delivery quote. You may be responsible for local import taxes if you do not live in Australia.

New Zealand customers, please note:

  • You are not liable for extra import costs for orders less than NZ$1,000. Above this value, NZ customs may inspect the order and levy GST on it.
  • You can still order products over 1m long online, but the freight costs more than other items. Please 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout for details.

Is an item in stock?

All items are generally in stock unless indicated as out of stock on the product page. See more about stock and ordering.

Can I pick up my order?

No, our warehouse does not facilitate direct pick up of orders.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be securely packed in a plain cardboard box (see example below). No tax invoice is included with our deliveries, we email that to you when you place an order. So if you get an order delivered directly to one of your customers, friends, or family members, they will not see how much you paid.
