Verbatim Company History
Information Terminals Corporation, the predecessor to Verbatim, was founded in California in 1969. The Verbatim company was owned by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation between 1990 and 2019. Verbatim was recently acquired by CMC Magnetics Corporation. CMC is an electronics manufacturing company based in Taiwan.
