We deliver nationwide (and overseas) from our warehouse in Sydney. To maximise efficiency, we do not allow pick-up of orders.

1) Can I add to, change, or cancel my order?

No, once you place an order on our website, it goes to our warehouse for packing and dispatch.

2) Where can I find my Tax Invoice?

When you place an order on our website, we'll email you a tax invoice. The email even includes a link to download a PDF copy. If you can't find it, search your email inbox for Reduction Revolution, or check your spam folder.

3) When will I receive my tracking number?

We send almost all goods on the next business day after you place an order. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4) I have an issue with a product I ordered.

Please read our technical support page for some initial troubleshooting guidance if you encounter a problem. Rest assured that all of our products come with a minimum two-year warranty.
