2) Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We deliver nationwide (and overseas) from our warehouse in Sydney (see all company information). To maximise efficiency, we do not allow pick-up of orders (click here for delivery info).

3) What is the price and stock availability of a product?

All prices are on our website, and they're inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Additionally, we display a stock count on all product pages. Read more about price and availability here.

4) I have a special request about ordering.

Anyone can order on our website - no account or set-up is required. Customers with special procurement requirements, such as quotes and purchase orders, can still order online from us. Click here for more information on ordering and our payment options.

Top 5 Questions After Ordering

1) Can I add to, change, or cancel my order?

Generally speaking, no. We'll do our best to assist if you contact us immediately after discovering an issue. However, once you place an order on our website, it goes straight to our warehouse for packing. This ensures orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

2) Where can I find my Tax Invoice?

We'll email you a Tax Invoice as soon as you place an order on our website. There's even a link in the email to download a PDF copy. If you can't find it, search your email inbox for Reduction Revolution, or check your spam folder.

3) When will I receive my tracking number?

We send almost all goods on the next business day after you place an order. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

4) I have an issue with a product I ordered.

Please read our technical support page for some initial troubleshooting guidance if you encounter a problem. Rest assured that all of our products come with a minimum two-year warranty.
