Stock Availability & How to Order

How do I order?

Please order online by navigating to the product you would like to order and click 'Add to Cart.'

Then, follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery address and make payment. You can read more about our payment options here.

What's my price?

All prices are shown on our website, and they include GST for Australian customers. We also offer some bulk order discounts to all of our customers.

How many items are in stock?

Most of our products show stock numbers just underneath the 'Add to Cart' button.

Can I order more than you have in stock?

In general, yes!

We have large deliveries arriving every day from our suppliers.

We will restock most items with low stock or no stock within 1 to 2 weeks. For these items, please order online to ensure you are first in line from our next delivery. We'll update you via email with an estimated dispatch date, typically on the next business day.

I can't order the product I want, what's going on?

Sometimes we do not allow over-ordering of an item. In this situation, the 'Add to Cart' button is faded and not clickable or not displayed.

If this is the case, it usually means the lead time could be longer than two weeks. We suggest you order an alternative / similar product from us or check back in a few weeks.

I can't find what I need, can you order it in for me?

In general, no.

We only sell the products listed on our website. It's typically not possible for us to order in a unique item for a one-off requirement. 

In some cases, such as for substantial orders or repeat customers, we may be able to assist you. Please use our contact form to submit your request.

Can I pick up my order?

No, to maximise efficiency our warehouse is not set-up to allow pick up of orders. You can read more about our delivery process here.

Who can place an order?

Anyone can place an order on our website.

You do not need an account or login details to place an order. Just 'Add to Cart' and follow the prompts - it's easy.

What happens after I order? Where's my Tax Invoice?

Once you have ordered, we will instantly email you an Order Confirmation & Tax Invoice. You can even download the Tax Invoice as a PDF from this email.

Then, on the same or next business day, we'll pack and send your order. We'll also email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Soon after that, you will receive your order. It does not include any financial information (ie. what you paid). So feel free to have orders sent directly to your home, workplace, family, friends, or customers.
