How do I order?
Please order online by navigating to the product you want and click 'Add to Cart.' Then, follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery address and make payment. You can read more about our payment options here.
What's my price?
All prices are on our website and include GST for Australian customers. We also offer some bulk discounts to all customers.
How many items are in stock?
We display how many items we have in stock on most product pages, just above the 'Add to Cart' button.

Can I order more than you currently have in stock?
In general - yes! We have deliveries arriving every week from our suppliers.
We will restock most items with low or no stock within two weeks. Please order these items online to ensure you are first in the queue. We'll keep you updated via email if any items are on backorder.
I can't order the product I want, what's going on?
Sometimes, we do not allow over-ordering of an item. In this situation, the 'Add to Cart' button is not shown. The lead time could be longer than two weeks. We suggest you order another product or check back in a few weeks.
I can't find what I need, can you order it for me?
In general - no, we only sell the products on our website.
Can I pick up my order?
No, to maximise efficiency, our warehouse is not set up to allow order pick-up. You can read more about our delivery process here.
Who can place an order?
Anyone can place an order at Reduction Revolution. You do not need an account or login details to place an order. Click 'Add to Cart' and follow the prompts - it's easy.
What happens after I order? Where's my Tax Invoice?
Once you have ordered, we will instantly email you an order confirmation and Tax Invoice. We'll pack and send your order on the same or next business day. We'll also email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Look for this in our order email if you need a PDF copy of your Tax Invoice.
Will the delivery show how much I paid?
No - our deliveries do not include financial information; they only include a packing slip. Feel free to have orders sent directly to your home, workplace, family, friends, or customers.
I have special ordering requirement like a Quote, Purchase Order, Vendor / Supplier Form, Etc. Can you help me?
