How can I pay for my order?

Please order online to pay via any of these methods:

• PayPal including Pay in 4,
• Direct Bank Deposit - you can elect to pay via an instant (ABN verified) Osko / PayID transfer or a traditional transfer using our BSB + Account Number.

We do not charge a surcharge for any payment method.

When will I receive my Tax Invoice?

We'll email you a Tax Invoice instantly once you have completed your order online. There is a link in the email to download a PDF copy of your invoice.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes - all prices listed on this website include 10% GST for Australian customers. The exact GST amount is shown at checkout, and in your Tax Invoice.

Do you offer bulk or price-beat pricing?

Do I need an account or login to order online?

No, simply 'Add to Cart' the items you want to order. Then, follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery address and payment info.

If you want to, you can set up an account to view your order history and save your delivery address for faster checkout. This is entirely optional.

Can I pay in cash or cheque?

No, please order and pay online. Choose 'Bank Deposit' for payment instructions if you don't have credit card.

Can I order over the phone, fax, or email?

No, orders must be placed online for speed and accuracy. If needed, please ask a friend, family member, or colleague to help you.

I have special payment requirement like Bank Account Verification, PO Number, Payment Terms, Vendor Set-up, Etc. Can you help me?
