How can I pay for my order?

Order online to pay with:

  • PayPal PayPal,
  • VISA Visa,
  • MasterCard MasterCard,
  • Amex American Express *,
  • Direct Bank Deposit **.

* For American Express please choose the 'PayPal' option at checkout. Then select 'Pay With Credit or Debit Card'. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with Amex.

** Via internet banking or over-the-counter at your bank.

We do not charge a surcharge for any of the above payment methods.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, but you'll still need to place your order online. Add your PO number to the 'delivery note' field at checkout if you need it printed on your order.

We will dispatch your order as soon as payment has cleared. If your organisation cannot pay by credit card, you can select 'Direct Deposit' as your payment method. Our system will email you a Tax Invoice for payment.

Can you send me a quote?

If you require a formal quotation via email, we can send you one. But please note that our website already displays the prices for all the products that we sell. This is, essentially, our quotation to you. If you accept it, please order online. If you have a special requirement, see here.

    Do your prices include GST?

    Yes, all prices on this website include 10% GST for Australian customers.

    Where can I find my Tax Invoice?

    We will email you a Tax Invoice as soon as you have completed your order online. There is also an option in the email to download a PDF copy of the invoice.

    Do you offer wholesale, discount, or price-beat pricing?

      Can I pay cash?

      No, please order and pay online.

        Can I order over the phone?

        No, we prefer that all orders are placed online for speed and accuracy. Please ask a friend or family member to help you if needed. If you are still unable to order online, please contact us.

        Do I need an account or log-in to order online?

        No, simply 'Add to Cart' the items you would like to order. Then follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery address and payment info.
