How can I pay for my order?
Please order online to pay via any of these methods:
- Visa - credit card or debit card,
- Mastercard - credit card or debit card,
- American Express,
- PayPal - including 'Pay in 4' for orders between $30 and $2,000,
- Direct Bank Deposit - via an instant (ABN verified) Osko / PayID transfer or a traditional transfer using our BSB + Account Number.
We do not charge a surcharge for any payment method, even if your order is large.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes - please order online and choose one of the above payment methods. You can enter your organisation's Purchase Order number in the 'Delivery Note' field if you need it to appear on your Tax Invoice.
When will I receive my Tax Invoice?
We'll email you a Tax Invoice instantly once you have completed your order online. There is a link in the email to download a PDF copy of your invoice.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes - all prices listed on this website include 10% GST for Australian customers. The exact GST amount is shown at checkout, and in our order Tax Invoice (refer above).
Do you offer wholesale, discount, or price-beat pricing?

Do I need an account or login to order online?
No, simply 'Add to Cart' the items you want to order. Then follow the checkout prompts to enter your delivery address and payment info.
If you want to, you can set-up an account to view your order history and save your delivery address for faster checkout. This is entirely optional.
Can I pay in cash?
No, please order and pay online.
Can you send me a Quote?
If you require a formal quotation via email, we can send you one. Please note that our website already displays the prices for all our products. This is, essentially, our quotation to you. If you accept it, please order online.
Can I order over the phone, fax, or email?
No, we prefer that all orders are placed online for speed and accuracy. Please ask a friend or family member to help you if needed. If you are still unable to order online, please contact us.
