We are energy efficiency specialists, and we stand behind every product that we sell. On this page you can find information about our returns policy and warranty process.
Returns Accepted for 30 Days
If you order the wrong product or change your mind for any reason, that's okay. You can return your order to us for store credit (full product value) or a refund (less a 15% restocking fee). You are responsible for the return postage costs, and goods are generally only accepted in 'as sold' condition.

Product Issue? Free Return & Replacement
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or defective product, we will replace it. You will not incur any additional postage costs within the warranty period. Please review our technical support page and then contact us if you have an issue with a product.
Minimum 2 Year Warranty
Many of our products carry a longer warranty than the minimum periods stated below. If this is the case, you can find the applicable warranty period in the 'Specifications' table on the product page.
- All products including Energy Monitors & Energy Savers - minimum 2 Year Warranty.
- All LED Lights with a lamp life of 25,000 hours or more - minimum 3 Year Warranty. Many of our light fittings are now warrantied for 5 years, check the product page for details.
- Thermal Cameras - 2 Year General, 10 Year Detector.
- Ceiling Fans - 3 Year in-home warranty, 6 year motor warranty.
The minimum 2 Year Warranty on all products is provided by us (Reduction Revolution Pty Ltd), even if the manufacturer's warranty is only for 1 Year. The extended warranties shown above are generally also backed by the relevant manufacturers (Philips, FLIR, EGLO, etc.).
