Please follow these instructions to lodge a return with us.

This process is not for warranty claims or products with issues (see here).

We accept returns for a full product-value refund within 60 days of dispatch. Goods are only accepted well-packaged and in resellable condition. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns up to $1,000 in value, but you are responsible for return postage.

Your Reference Number

Locate your order reference number in the format REUXXXXXX. That's 'REU' followed by a six-digit number. It's printed on your delivery label and packing slip (see below).

If you cannot find this number, use the format SREU_AAAAAA where the A's are your six-digit order number (located in all emails from us to you).

Lodge your parcel at any Australia Post and keep your receipt. We recommend you take a photo of the parcel and the receipt as proof of lodgement.

Returns Over 1m Long

If your return items are over one metre in length, please contact us for your return instructions. Items over 1m cannot be shipped to the above PO Box.

Returns Over $1,000 Value

If your return is worth more than $1,000, we may refuse your return or charge a restocking fee. Please contact us to enquire about high-value returns.

What Happens Next

We'll check your package and process your refund within three weeks of receiving your return. We'll refund the payment method used on your order.

If you have not received our refund notification email after three weeks, please contact us and include a photo of the return and its tracking number.

Alternative Options

Before You Order: If you are 'unsure' about an item, and to avoid high-value returns, we recommend buying a lower-value item or a smaller 'test' quantity first.

After You Order: For items not in resellable condition or outside our 60-day return period, we suggest listing them on eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms. You can often recoup most of your initial purchase price on these platforms for 'slightly used' or 'near new' items. You'll also avoid the return postage costs if sold locally.
