Partial or Split Delivery

Orders are sometimes sent in two lots or split up in transit by the courier. Please check:

  • Which items were listed as dispatched in our tracking email,
  • The tracking link for more information,
  • If an item is on 'Pre-Order' on our website (this means it will ship later).

You can find our shipping confirmation email by searching your inbox for Reduction Revolution or checking your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folders.

Missing or Damaged Items

If the above does not apply to you, some parts can be 'hidden' inside a product or its packaging. Please unpack and inspect all products and packaging for small items.

If you received a damaged delivery, please unpack it only if it is safe to do so. Then, inspect and test all items before contacting us.

Swaps or Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, please place a new order for the items you require. Then, follow our return instructions below for the products you wish to return.

Return Instructions for Refund

We accept returns for 60 days in 'as new' condition. You can return part or all of your order for a full refund of the product value. You are responsible for the return postage costs. Please follow our return instructions to lodge a return.

Copy of Tax Invoice

We email you a tax invoice when you place an order, including a link to a PDF copy. If you can't find it, ask the person who placed the order, search your email inbox for Reduction Revolution, or check your spam folder.
