We are energy efficiency specialists, and we stand behind every product that we sell. Please review the Specifications, Frequently Asked Questions and Reviews sections on each product page for detailed product information. If you've already done that, and can't find what you're looking for, please contact us so we can assist.
Returns Accepted for 30 Days
If you order the wrong product or change your mind for any reason, that's okay. You can return your order to us for store credit (full product value). You are responsible for the return postage costs, and goods are only accepted in 'as sold' condition.
Please Note: we ran a 'Free Returns' promotion between 17th April and 13th May 2020. If you ordered within these dates, the return delivery fee is on us!
Minimum 2 Year Warranty
Many of our products carry a longer warranty than the minimum periods stated below. If this is the case, you can find the applicable warranty period in the 'Specifications' table on the product page.
- All products including Energy Monitors & Energy Savers = minimum 2 Year Warranty.
- All LED Lights with a lamp life of 25,000 hours or more = minimum 3 Year Warranty.
- FLIR Thermal Imaging = 2 Year General; 10 Year Detector.
The minimum 2 Year Warranty on all products is provided by us (Reduction Revolution Pty Ltd), even if the manufacturer's warranty is only for 1 Year. The extended warranties shown above are generally also backed by the relevant manufacturers (Philips, FLIR, etc.). Even so, you can still make the warranty claim through us.
What if I receive a faulty product?
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, or if it develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace it. We will also cover all of the associated freight costs. Please contact us if you've had an issue with a product.
