Change of Mind Returns Accepted for 30 Days
If you order the wrong product or change your mind for any reason, that's fine. You can return your order to us for store credit (full product value). You are responsible for return postage costs, and goods are only accepted in 'as sold' condition. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide you with the right return address.
FREE Returns & Replacement of Faulty Product
If your product is faulty or defective, we will replace it. You will not incur any additional postage costs within the warranty period. Please contact us if you've had an issue with a product.
Minimum 2 Year Warranty on All Products
Here are the warranty details for our products:
- All products including Energy Monitors & Energy Savers = 2 Year Warranty.
- All LED Lights with a lamp life of 25,000 hours or more = 3 Year Warranty.
- FLIR Thermal Imaging = 2 Year General; 10 Year Detector.
A minimum 2 Year Warranty is provided by us (Reduction Revolution Pty Ltd), even if the manufacturer's warranty is only for 1 Year. The extended warranties shown above are generally also backed by the relevant manufacturers (Philips, FLIR, etc.). Even so, you can still make the warranty claim through us.
If you receive a defective product, or if it develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us. Note that we may require the faulty product back for testing, in which case we will pay for the return postage.
