This is a 240V power plug with an attached 1.8m power cable. The end of the three-core cable has bare wires suitable for mains wiring. This plug and lead has a 7.5A current rating.
It's used in applications like wiring LED transformers for connection to a standard power outlet, or adding a plug and lead to an LED batten or other light fitting.
