Most Returns Accepted for 60 Days
You can return up to $1,000 of products from an order for a full refund using our self-service process. Change-of-mind returns worth over $1,000 require approval and may be refused or charged a restocking fee. You are responsible for return postage, and goods are generally only accepted in 'as sold' condition.

Product Issues: Free Return & Replacement
If you receive a faulty product, we will replace it. You will not incur additional postage costs within the warranty period.

Minimum 2-Year Warranty
Many of our products carry a warranty longer than the minimum periods listed below. If so, you can find the applicable warranty period in the 'Specifications' table on the product page.
- All products - minimum 2 Year Warranty.
- LED Lights - many of our lights now carry a 3 or 5 year warranty; check the product page for details.
- Thermal Cameras - 2 Year General, 10 Year Detector (administered by FLIR).
- Ceiling Fans - 3 Year in-home warranty and 6 year parts warranty (both administered by EGLO).
We (Reduction Revolution Pty Ltd) provide a minimum 2 Year Warranty on all products, even when the manufacturer's warranty is only 12 months.
