    Can I replace a G120, G95 or G80 with this G125 large round bulb?

Yes - just be aware of their size differences. G120 is 120mm in diameter (or width), G95 is 95mm wide, G80 is 80mm wide, whereas this G125 is about 125mm wide. So as long as your fitting is open, or has enough room for the larger size, and an E27 screw base, it will work fine.

Is this G125 Edison bulb available with a B22 bayonet base?

No - this G125 'large round' shape is only available with an E27 screw base as pictured. We do, however, sell other LED filament globes with a B22 base.
