How does the FLIR C8 differ from the FLIR C5?
Compared to the lower-cost FLIR C5, the FLIR C8 offers significantly higher resolution, better thermal sensitivity, a narrower field of view, and additional measurement modes.
What is the FLIR Ignite cloud platform?
FLIR Ignite is an optional cloud-based image backup service. It's free up to 1GB of storage, which is a lot of thermal images.
Alternatively, you can plug the FLIR C8 into your computer using the supplied USB cable. Then, you can view and download the images using your file system, just as you would with a digital camera. If you use a Mac, you will need to download this app to use this method.
