How LEDSmart+ MultiMate Technology Works
MultiMate is Diginet Control System's name for multi-way dimming without the complication of new wiring. It solves a common lighting problem of "where to put the dimmer?"
Standard dimmers don't function well together on the same lighting circuit. So you must choose one location for the dimmer and simple switches elsewhere.
With MultiMate, you have full control over your lights from any dimmer connected to it in the room. See the example below:

No, it is not compatible.
How are LEDSmart+ MultiMate dimmers wired?
The installation for multi-way dimming is straightforward for electricians to wire in. New cables don't need to be run if the light and all dimmer switches are on the same circuit. The diagram below shows how three Diginet MMDM/RT Rotary Dimmer Switches can be wired to control a single light connection. The same wiring applies to the Diginet MMDM/PB push button dimmer:

What do the Diginet dimmer names mean?
MEDM - a simple, LED-optimised rotary dimmer. Designed to be used with a separate mechanical on/off switch. Minimum (or maximum) brightness can be set by removing the dimmer nob and adjusting the position.
MMDM/RT - a programmable rotary dimmer with integrated digital on/off switch. Supports multi-way dimming.
MMDM/PB - *this item* a programmable push button dimmer and digital on/off switch. Supports multi-way dimming.
MMSW/PB - one to watch out for. It looks just like the MMDM/PB and costs less. But it is only a digital push-button switch and cannot dim lights.
