Why Choose Beurer Heated Throws?

Here's what sets our Beurer heated throws apart from others on the market:

Certified Fabric. All our Beurer heated throws carry the OEKO-TEX 100 label. OEKO-TEX 100 is an independent textile certification process that ensures the use of no harmful substances.

Discrete Connector. Many of the heated throw rugs we tested from other suppliers had a chunky connector, making them uncomfortable to use. These Beurer heated throws, on the other hand, have a small and discrete electrical connector.

German Engineering. Beurer has been in business manufacturing products like this heated throw for over 100 years. Their innovations include the Beurer Safety System, a unique (and ultra-safe) construction method for the heating elements inside these throw rugs.

Three-Year Warranty. We expect this Beurer Heated Throw to outlast the competition. It has a replacement warranty for your first three years of use.

Easy of Use. The slide controller is easy to ease with six heat settings and an indicator light. It also includes a three-hour auto-off function, so you'll never accidentally leave the heated throw rug switched on.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset the three-hour auto-off timer?

If you want to keep using the blanket after three hours, switch it off for five seconds. The timer will reset, and you can choose your desired heating level on the controller.

How can I clean the Beurer heated throw rug?

Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent on the affected area for a quick spot clean. Use your washing machine's 'hand wash' or 'delicates' mode for a more thorough clean. In either case, ensure the throw rug is completely dry before reconnecting it to the controller. Do not wring or spin dry the heated throw.

Is it available in another colour?

This model is only available in the neutral grey as pictured. It's a light grey on one side and a dark blue/grey on the other. See our heated throws page for some other options.

Fair product but controller is basic where settings not easily observed in low light and plug too easily disconnects from blanket. Over priced for what it does.

Cosy

It can be really cold down at the Southern Highlands but this heated throw makes one snug and cosy. The throw is warm enough to keep warm without using electricity but a low setting is luxurious!

Off grid use.

As advertised uses 100w max although it oscillates between 5 -100w so it's not constantly using 100w.
The blanket is comfy good for a lap blanket or wrap around legs. Colour is good. 2 people can share on top of lap although the cord can get in the way.
If the cord had another place to connect would be improvement.
If you're also off grid I'd recommend this blanket as a power saving option.

great fabric but doesn't heat very much

This is a product that has great potential, the blanket is large in size and the fabric feels very luxurious. It just doesn't feel very warm especially compared to two others that I have used. I need to fold it over in order to get some warmth out of it. I have tested it with a energy meter and it does pull around 110W on max but it just isn't enough for the size of the blanket.

Sleeping ln Comfort

Never needed a heated blanket ever before in my 78 years of existence, sleeping rough as I do, but have really been glad to have it this year. Global warming has really let me down. Last few weeks have had some of the coldest nights ever at this time of year. B4 getting the blanket, I had to get rugged up as for the South pole. Very comfortable now in only my Tradies, singlet and tee shirt.
