Benefit From Our Energy Auditing Experience

We have completed energy audits of over 500 sites around Australia including businesses, community organisations, strata buildings, and government facilities.

Our results show that most sites can reduce their energy usage by between 20% and 50% through:

  • Better energy management
  • Carefully chosen equipment upgrades, and
  • Appropriate use of renewable energy.

In fact, most sites can reduce their energy usage by at least 10% without any capital expenditure.

Cost Effective, Independent, Energy Efficiency Advice

Our Level 2 Energy Audits are typically priced at less than 5% of your annual expenditure on energy. This means you can effectively pay for the business energy audit cost through the identified energy efficiency measures.

To see how much our commercial energy audit service costs, you simply need to answer these two questions:

  1. How many energy accounts do you have? For example, if you receive one electricity bill and one gas bill that's a total of 2 accounts.
  2. What is your annual spend on energy?

Refer to the drop-down menus at the top of this page for pricing.

If your organisation spends more than $250k pa on energy at an individual site, please contact us for a quotation.

What does a Level 2 Energy Audit involve?

Our audits are carried out within the guidelines of Australian Standard AS3598:2000.

We primarily offer 'Level 2 Energy Audits' as we believe they strike the right balance between cost and benefit. If interested, we can also quote on 'Level 1 Energy Audits' which are a basic 'walk-through' style assessment, or 'Level 3 Energy Audits' which involve the use of more expensive sub-metering and/or data logging equipment.

    Level 2 Energy Audits include:

    • On-site survey of all energy using equipment
    • Examination and data-entry of past energy bills
    • Review of previous energy audits (if applicable)
    • Corrective advice about bad usage habits
    • Identification of high-energy areas/activities/equipment
    • Recommendations on energy cost reductions
    • Written report with prioritised action and investment plan
    • Access to special bulk-buy offers
    • Implementation assistance for selected upgrades
