LED Oyster Light with Daylight & Motion Sensor

This Osram LED Oyster Light has a built-in presence sensor. It's a surface mount ceiling light fitting with the following benefits:

  • Suits low occupancy areas including corridors, entrances, foyers, stairwells, storerooms, and elevators.
  • Massive 90% operational energy savings in most cases.
  • Replace old oyster light fittings that used bulbs or circular fluro tubes.
  • Daylight and movement sensor hidden behind the light's diffuser.

Unlike old fashioned oyster lights, the Osram Motion Sensing LED Oyster light is fully integrated. This means that the light source, sensor and light fitting are combined into one unit. Once installed, it is essentially maintenance free as there are no tubes or bulbs to replace.

The Osram LED Oyster Ceiling light has an expected lifetime of 40,000 hours. That's over 20 years when used for 5 hours per day.

How It Works

The light will only activate when it's dark and it detects motion. While there's movement and the ambient light level is below 10 lux, the oyster light will stay on. It will switch off 30 seconds after motion ceases. No settings or adjustments needed.
