Followup Activities (Required)

  1. Complete the quiz on conducting assessments 
  2. Customer Service - Make two lists for yourself, in the first one write all the skills you feel you already have, and in the second list write down all the skills you feel you still need to develop. In this second list you can include skills you already have that you think need to be developed further. This exercise is for your own professional development. To get greater value from this activity you can do this with another person or in a group and working in pairs.
  3. OH&S - Following the slides in the video and using this risk assessment worksheet (PDF), write up a risk assessment for the seven hazards identified and/or any others you may encounter.
